Hallo,

Ich wollte heute für Diaby ein Live Angebot haben! Es gab aber nachdem ich bezahlt habe eine Fehlermeldung! Wie geht es jetzt weiter? Wird mir das Geld gutgeschrieben? Und wann wird dieser Fehler behoben?

Kannst du dazu bitte schnell eine Email mit deiner ID an info@comunio.de senden?
Die Funktion schein gerade ein Fehler zu haben und so kann die Technik direkt schauen ob dir Geld abgezogen wurde oder nicht und mitteilen sobald es wieder geht.

Mir ging es gestern auch so.
Kein Live-Angebot für guerreiro möglich.
Dadurch 1,5 Mille in den Sand gesetzt.
Nichtmal ne Info kommt, obwohl das Problem ja anscheinend bekannt war.

Die Funktion ging wieder am 07.10.2021 ab 11 Uhr.
Gestern und den Tag davor gab es gar keine Probleme dazu.

Wenn du ein Problem gehabt hast, bitte auch mitteilen, sonst kann man es ja nicht lösen...am schnellsten geht sowas wie gesagt per Email an info@comunio.de

Aktuell wieder kein Live Angebot möglich. Wir haben 2h morgens, aber es steht da, dass "ab 3 Uhr der Transfermarkt bis zum Abschluss der Transfers geschlossen bleibt." Um 2h!!! Verlier mit Rudy und Kaderabek jetzt locker wieder eine Mio Marktwert bis morgen weil ich nicht verkaufen kann.

Mit Ende des Tages also ab 0:00 war die Funktion bis die transferberechnung abgewickelt ist, schon immer nicht verfügbar. Das nächste Mal einfach nicht erst um 02:00 auf den Gedanken kommen. Übrigens ist der hoffenheimer sogar gestiegen. Also immer erst mal ein bisschen ruhig bleiben…
