Hallo zusammen, meine Live Einwechselung hat wieso auch immer nicht funktioniert. Ich habe Samstag morgen den 1€ bezahlt, um die Aufstellung zu ändern, nach dem ich einen positiven Kontostand hatte. Danach wurde ich aufgefordert, nochmals die Live Aufstellung zu speichern. Dies habe ich dann auch nochmal gemacht. Es folgt die Bestätigung mit „gespeichert“. Der eine Euro wurde abgebucht, aber die Aufstellung hat nicht gespeichert? So habe ich 0 Punkte erzielt.

Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen???

ja wie lautet denn deine Newsmeldung?
Bei jeder Aufstellungsänderung gibt es ja eine Newsmeldung die es als User zu überprüfen gilt.
