Hallo ich habe mal eine Frage zu einem neuen Mitspieler,wir sind eine 10er ProPlayer Gruppe und ich habe für alle bezahlt und wir sind auch schon frei geschaltet,jetzt habe ich einen Mitspieler eingeladen in unsere Gruppe das hat auch funktioniert,aber jetzt hat er eine Zahlungsaufforderung bekommen sonst würde er in 10 Tagen gelöscht. Haben wir was falsch gemacht ? VG Peter

Hi neue Mitspieler sollen am besten eine Email an info@comunio.de mit Ihrer ID und dem Hinweis das bereits für 10 Leute bezahlt wurde. Dann wird er freigeschaltet.

Das System erkennt leider nur alle Spieler die bereits in der Gruppe sind, neue müssen manuell freigeschaltet werden.

Würde mich gerne anschließen.

Haben auch ne 10er Gruppe. Nun möchte ein 11. aber mitmachen. Kann er dann einfach seinen Solo Part bezahlen um Pro Player zu werden oder wie regelt man das am besten?

Hi ja am einfachsten den Betrag als Einzelspieler zahlen und bei Zahlung seine ID angeben oder über den Shop
