Hallo. Ich muss rausfinden, wer, wann, wo das hier gesagt hat:

Hat nicht Martin Luther King auch so etwas ähnliches gesagt ???

Ja, das berühmte "I have a dream" vom Martin Luther King zielt im Sinn auf das Gleiche ab.
Martin Luther King hofft auf die endgültige Gleichberechtigung der Schwarzen.

Du meinst die "I have a dream" Rede!
Hört sich für mich auch sehr stark danach an,aber sicher bin ich mir da nicht.

Eigentlich gar nicht. Zum Vergleich:
